The sushi chef graduated from California Sushi Academy with many accreditations and awards. Sinma Dashow has been featured regularly in several of Singapore's mediacorp variety shows such as Channel U Mamamia and Channel 8 Yummy Lunch Box, just to name a few.

Interested parties, please sign up at our booth and you can get a free Sushi-making pack, consisting of a bamboo mat, rice vinegar, recipes and seasonings

($1 off for early birds!!)

We will also be taking orders for JAC T-shirts and collecting payment first at the booth. Each shirt is at an affordable price of $10!! Sizes are listed below.
